Job title: Parts Territory Manager
FLSA: Exempt
Location: Rio Grande Valley/McAllen TX
Reports to: Parts General Manager
Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions:
Outside Sales:
Builds partnering relationships with customers & grow the parts business
Actively make customers aware of product offerings and promotions
Attending or hosting sales related entertainment and events, occasionally outside normal business hours
Possess knowledge of all vendor lines and be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers
Store Management:
Sets work priorities for store associates.
Supervises inside sales, outside sales, administrative, and warehouse parts personnel.
Oversees parts deliveries, stocking, and storage.
Approximately 60% in office; 40% customer-facing outside sales
Required Profile:
Bachelors Degree in Business or related field and three to five years of parts management related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
HVAC industry & successful outside sales experience is a plus.
Excellent initiative, interpersonal communications skills, and a demonstrated ability to influence others.
Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
