Overview Our client, a creative agency based in the East Midlands, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Are you a tenacious Business Development Manager or Outbound Sales Representative? Are you passionate about Sales? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading creative agency.
Responsibilities Find and convert prospective new clients into paying customers.
Identify new opportunities over the phone and arrange and attend meetings.
Work predominantly in the office, with two to four client meetings and presentations per week.
Make 50+ calls per day to prospective clients from a provided database.
Initially be office-based (approximately 100%) for the first two months while appointments are agreed.
Skills and Experience Cold calling and relationship building
Excellent face-to-face communication and presentation skills
Ability to converse confidently at Director level
Quick learner, intelligent and enthusiastic team player
Cheerful and personable outlook
Determination, resilience and tenacity to overcome setbacks and succeed
