Senior Technical Recruiter - Program Manager
Join a leading aerospace company as a Creo Product Definition Checker/Designer III/IV in Alabama. This is a career-defining opportunity to work on mission-critical aerospace programs while supporting engineering teams with advanced CAD and PLM expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare product definition (CAD models, drawings, EBOMs) for engineering designs using Creo 10.0 integrated with Windchill PLM 12 .
Perform verification of product definition associated with models, drawings, and PLM attributes to meet industry, company, and program standards .
Work from design layouts or preliminary conceptual layouts to produce accurate product definition.
Generate and validate tolerance stack-ups and GD&T per ASME Y14.5 standards.
Ensure adherence to model-centric design philosophy by verifying CAD model data and drawing content.
Communicate findings through digital markup tools to support engineering design teams.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience using Creo CAD to create mechanical engineering models and drawings.
Minimum 5 years of aerospace PLM system experience .
Strong understanding of EBOMs and Windchill WTPart to CAD data relationships (a plus).
Working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (ASME Y14.5) .
Ability to interpret product definition and related specifications.
Knowledge of mechanical aerospace hardware .
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Windchill PLM .
ASME GD&T Certification preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) and 10+ years of relevant experience .
Work Schedule & Location
9/80 schedule (every other Friday off).
Onsite in Alabama (no remote/hybrid option).
Compensation
$50 – $60 per hour DOE
