Communication & Events Manager

The Communications & Event Manager oversees regional communications and event strategy for North America.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage communication strategies for the NA dealer network, ensuring consistent messaging and brand compliance.

Lead planning and execution of regional tradeshows, dealer meetings, and incentive trips, including venue selection, contract negotiations, logistics, and budget management.

Create and distribute content for newsletters, announcements, and event-related communications.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to produce promotional materials and event collateral.

Manage vendor relationships for event services, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor and report on event performance and communication effectiveness to support continuous improvement.

Key Performance Indicators

Successful execution of events within budget and timelines.

Effective and timely dealer communications.

Positive feedback from internal stakeholders and dealer network.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.

5–7 years of experience in communications and event management.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
