Start Date: July PRN

• Credentialing: Less than a week

Schedule :

• Potentially 1-2 days per week, 3-4 hours per day. Dates are available when the doctor schedules surgeries

Clinical Details:

• Clinical setting: Out Patient Clinic

• EMR: Paper Charting

• Case Description: Cosmetic and Implant Dental Clinic - CRNA will work along side the Prosthodontist.

• Patients per day: 1
