Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and DEA in Ohio
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Proven experience in pediatric anesthesia
• Ability to supervise CRNAs within a team-based care setting
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
• Capable of managing neonatal to adult patient populations
• Familiarity with hospital-based operating room procedures and safety protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center environment
• Prior locum tenens or temporary anesthesia assignments
• Knowledge of pain management procedures (although not engaged in pain cases during this assignment)
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Completion of anesthesiology residency
• Active Ohio medical license, DEA, and applicable certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice, with pediatric experience

Other Requirements:

• Candidate must be internally credentialed or willing to undergo credentialing process
• Immediate availability for start on August 10, 2026, through November 16, 2026
• Credentialing includes submission of DOB, SSN, certifications, CAQH login, and current addresses
• Ability to travel if required, with travel expenses reimbursed per facility policy
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with all licensure and hospital requirements
