Requirements
Clean file required for temporary privileges

Assignment Details
Circumcisions preferred
No terminations performed; D&C for miscarriages only
Inpatient only; no clinic coverage
Physician responsible for ER coverage
Hospital averages approximately 1,000 deliveries per year (2-3 per day)
24/7 midwife model with physician and midwife in house at all times
