Responsibilities
Greet all customers in a positive, enthusiastic, and professional manner while educating them on the wide variety of carwash and detail shop services Delta Sonic offers.
Perform transactions, maintain proper cash‑handling procedures, and follow all position‑specific procedures.
Multi‑task under a sense of urgency while meeting customer‑service expectations.
Begin training in the Delta Technician role to enhance product knowledge.
Work in the carwash or detail shop depending on location staffing needs.
Weekend and night availability preferred.
Requirements
Entry‑level Delta Technician pay rate $16.50 per hour; upon completion of required training for Customer Advisor, pay rate is $16.50 per hour plus commission.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service.

Prior experience in automotive service writing, customer service, and/or sales is preferred.
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor, and extreme temperatures.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and adapt easily to changes as products, services, and promotions update frequently.
Ability to stand, walk, bend for long periods of time, and lift moderate amounts of weight.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule; year‑round schedule availability required (seasonal employment for students is no longer available).
