Logistics Analyst II (LC 76)

How a Logistics Analyst II Will Make An Impact
Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
Interact daily with the CTSS team by phone and email to accomplish the mission
Process information requests, access a range of data sources, and pose questions to resolve challenges
Face challenges of teaming with people across the world in eight countries
Receive and log information for Deliverables to provide the customer a clear view of CTSS hiring status and personnel accountability. Maintain and review several compensation trackers and submit biweekly reports to support accurate and timely compensation to CTSS team members. Arm your teammates with knowledge through prompt and precise replies to requests for information.
Leverage office automation & GDIT AI, implement constant process improvement, and apply critical thinking to ensure accurate and timely processing of information
Actively seek out ways to improve accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency for your role
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: MS Office products (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word), Workday, Sharepoint
Security Clearance Level: SECRET or higher
Required Skills and Abilities: Critical thinking, time management, task prioritization, information evaluation
Location: Hybrid
US Citizenship Required
Certifications
Associate's degree or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
General Experience
Intermediate level experience on enhancing product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. Experience in creating and reviewing procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.
Specialized Experience
USAF logistics/supply protocols, procedures, forms
DoW and AF forms including: AF Form 9 (Request for Purchase), AF Form 616 (Fund Cite Authorization), AF Form 4009 (Government Purchase Card), DD Forms 250 (Receiving Report), DD Form 448 (Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request), DD Form 1348‑6 (Single Item Request)
Customer Authorization & Reporting Environment (CARE)
Federal Logistic Information System Database (FEDLOG)

The likely salary range for this position is $76,565 - $100,177. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
