Job Overview
The Project Manager – Energy will primarily work on‑site at the project location or in the office. Travel frequency and duration will vary depending on the role and project timeline. The final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will depend on market location and the candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, and experience. The Energy Team
Our Energy Group builds projects from the field to the grid, including solar, battery storage, substation, EV charging, microgrid, and converter station projects. Our project managers, engineers, and field employees deliver when it matters most.
About The Role
We are seeking Construction Project Management professionals prepared to work as long‑term travelers with per diem supplements where applicable. The Project Manager will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations of construction projects and the successful management of a high‑performing team. Key responsibilities include planning, execution, and financial performance of projects using business practices aligned with our values – people, safety, integrity, innovation, and excellence.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
Licensure/Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Three (3) years in renewable energy, PV preferred.
Driving Record: Valid state‑issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
