Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Riverdale, UT. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of mitigation, restoration, and renovation projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, inspecting work, expediting resources and materials, and ensuring high-quality standards. The candidate will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and team members to meet project objectives and deadlines while maintaining exceptional service and communication.
Qualifications
Experience in Project Management and the ability to lead projects from initiation to completion
Skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, including coordinating resources and ensuring timely delivery
Proven expertise in Inspection and maintaining quality standards across projects
Knowledge and experience in Logistics Management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
Previous experience in mitigation, restoration, or construction is a plus
Proficiency in using project management software tools is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent qualification, with a degree/experience in construction management or a related field preferred
