Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, located in La Habra, CA. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of building automation projects, ensuring all activities align with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, managing project schedules, overseeing inspections, resolving project challenges, and keeping stakeholders informed on progress. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients to ensure success from project inception to completion.
Qualifications
Strong skills and experience in Project Management and managing project timelines and budgets.
Proficiency in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure seamless project workflow and resource availability.
Experience in conducting Inspection processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills under pressure.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
Prior experience in the building automation or similar industry is highly desirable.
