Job Summary
Location: Washington D.C
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (Executive Assistant III) or $90,000 - $100,000 (Executive Assistant IV)

BluePath Labs is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Environmental Management (EM). The level (III or IV) will be determined by BluePath based on experience and education.

Responsibilities

Act as an executive‑level resource for high‑level administrative functions on projects.

Work closely with executives and project managers on completion of tasks and deliverables.

Serve as a liaison with other EM offices and DOE organizations in resolving day‑to‑day administrative and operational problems.

Work independently or within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.

Manage special assignments as directed.

Plan and coordinate multiple presentations, and disseminate information, training manuals, proposals, charts, graphs, procedures, and correspondence.

Schedule, organize, and manage complex activities, coordinate meetings, create and develop visual presentations, compile, and prepare reports.

Manage electronic records and data.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

U.S. citizenship.

Six years of commensurate experience (Executive Assistant III) or eight years (Executive Assistant IV) in related duties and responsibilities.

High school diploma (Executive Assistant III) or associate degree (Executive Assistant IV). Education and experience may be substituted for each other; each year of experience may be substituted for one year of education and vice versa. Additional certifications, professional licenses, and vocational training may be substituted as well.

Proficiency in Office 365 Productivity Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).

Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat to view, create, manipulate, print, and manage PDF files; and route for e‑signatures.

Preferred Requirements:

Associate degree (Executive Assistant III) or Bachelor’s degree (Executive Assistant IV).

Proficiency in DOE corporate systems such as ESS, ATAAPS, Concur Government Edition, and eDOCs.

Six years (Executive Assistant III) or eight years (Executive Assistant IV) of experience supporting EM or DOE.
