Menno Haven is seeking an Executive Assistant for Chambers Pointe Health Care Center. This role provides administrative support and plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations. The Executive Assistant supports department leaders as needed and serves as the primary front desk representative, creating a positive first impression of the Health Care Center for residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent (Required).
2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably in a healthcare or related setting (Required).
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills with excellent grammar (Required).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with accurate and efficient typing ability (Required).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively (Required).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively (Required).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion (Required).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment (Required).
