As an HVAC Branch Manager at Kelso Industries, you will be working in our service division, as an employee of Kelso Building Services. You’ll play a key role in building out our service operations.
Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of HVAC service technicians
Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring your team.
Oversee daily service operations and scheduling
Assist with P&L, and other financial responsibilities.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
Assist with project planning, resource allocation, and job costing
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
Collaborate with sales and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
Monitor KPIs and help implement process improvements
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
10+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience in the commercial and/or industrial sectors
Experience managing projects and leading small teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
A desire to grow into a leadership role and make a long-term impact
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
