About The Role
CBRE is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile HVAC Technician to support a major telecommunications client. The role involves providing high‑quality maintenance and repair services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems across various locations.

What You’ll Do

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.

Conduct system upgrades, installations, and replacements as needed to meet client requirements.

Collaborate with facilities management teams and subcontractors to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Document work orders, equipment readings, and inventory levels accurately in maintenance management systems.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations while maintaining a safe work environment.

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC certification or apprenticeship program preferred.

Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with expertise in servicing commercial HVAC systems.

Strong technical skills in HVAC diagnosis, repair, and maintenance practices.

Knowledge of building automation systems and controls is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for mobile service assignments.

Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel to different client sites as needed.
