Project Administrator / Junior Project Coordinator
One of TEKsystems' clients, a leader in their industry, is looking for a Project Administrator/Jr. Project Coordinator to join their team. The client has recently built a PMO and implemented a project management tool and is now seeking an entry‑level professional to help administer the new tool, manage stakeholders, schedule meetings and drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

Administer the project management tool.

Manage stakeholder communications.

Schedule project meetings.

Assist in driving projects forward in a federated model.

Support PMO initiatives and project documentation.

Qualifications

Entry‑level professional with an understanding of project management vernacular.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Curiosity, humility, work ethic, and sense of ownership.

Ability to work in a business‑casual environment and present to executives.

Experience with PowerBI or data analysis is a plus.

Knowledge of PMP concepts is beneficial but not required.

Job Details

Contract to Hire position based in Birmingham, AL.

Onsite, full‑time.

Compensation: $24.00‑$28.00 per hour.
