Role Description
The Administrative Supervisor role is a full-time on-site position based in Southaven, MS. The individual in this role will oversee office operations and administrative staff to ensure the delivery of efficient and customer-focused service. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating administrative activities, supervising personnel, managing budgets, monitoring resources, and ensuring adherence to institutional policies. The Administrative Supervisor will collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and strive toward the organization's quality care standards.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with teams, stakeholders, and patients.
Proficient Analytical, Budgeting, and Planning skills for resource management, financial oversight, and operational efficiency.
Experience supervising administrative staff and improving administrative workflows.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare systems and patient-centered service delivery is an advantage.
