Responsibilities
Identify and resolve pricing discrepancies in collaboration with the accounting team.
Sort and prioritize incoming shipments, including urgent orders.
Store inventory accurately within warehouse locations and automated systems (Modula carousel).
Pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counting.
Coordinate with shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Support general warehouse operations and additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior inventory or warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks without sacrificing accuracy.
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Flexibility to stay later when needed to support urgent orders or fulfillment
