Job Description & Requirements Rheumatologist StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $300000.00 - $325000.00 We are seeking a full-time Rheumatologist to join a growing, well-supported outpatient practice just southwest of Indianapolis in Terre Haute, Indiana. The incoming physician will play a key role in maintaining access, continuity of care, and supporting a busy infusion program. Position Overview 100% outpatient rheumatology practice General Rheumatology with a broad case mix: RA, OA, SLE, gout, vasculitis, myositis, scleroderma, CREST, biologic management, and more Occasional inpatient consults only Located within the Hux Cancer Center , featuring an onsite infusion center and lab services Practice Highlights Established referral base Reasonable volumes Dedicated MA, RN, nursing staff, and infusion nurses Schedule & Lifestyle MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Full-time schedule based on a 4.5-day workweek Phone call primarily with occasional inpatient consults: 35 consults per month Compensation & Benefits (Highlight) Base salary: $300,000 Productivity incentive (wRVU-based): Paid at $55.78 per wRVU over threshold Sign-on bonus: $25,000 Relocation assistance: up to $10,000 PSLF eligible employer Full benefits package including: Retirement plans Health, dental, and vision insurance 4 weeks of vacation + sick time J-1 and H-1B sponsorship available Indiana medical license supported (IMLC eligible) Facility Location Not far from the Indiana-Illinois border you'll find Terre Haute, a city that offers a harmonious balance between businesses and residential communities.
