Overview
DriveTime Family of Brands includes in‑house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, one of the country's leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $25+ billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.
Role Summary
In short, a Quality Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring and reviewing operational procedures daily. The role involves reviewing and measuring adherence to business and compliance processes in units such as bankruptcy, titles, and remarketing. Through auditing, the specialist identifies trends and provides detailed feedback to the business.
Key Responsibilities
Gather information and provide specific and detailed feedback.
Identify trends of behavior and work to provide solutions.
Communicate effectively to leadership, both verbally and in writing.
Analyze detailed documents and reports to grasp key points.
Familiarity with tools, concepts, and methodologies of different lines of business.
Exhibit strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with great attention to detail.
Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills.
Manage time, organization, prioritization, and multitasking efficiently.
Work independently and be self‑motivated.
Collaborate with peers when necessary.
Enjoy challenges of unfamiliar tasks and seek improvement.
Adapt and remain flexible to change.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Excellent oral, written communication, and listening skills required.
Strong attention to detail required.
Knowledge of auto finance preferred.
Proficiency in Excel preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Comfortable working on site with availability weekdays from 7 am–4 pm at the Operations Center in East Mesa.
