We are a life science marketing agency partnering with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and healthcare organizations to deliver scientifically accurate, compliant, and high-impact marketing solutions. Our projects range from digital content and integrated campaigns to technical development and performance-driven marketing platforms.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly adaptable and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead diverse, cross‑functional marketing and technical initiatives within the life science sector.

Scientific and promotional content development (Digital and print materials)

Social media and campaign strategy

Website and application development

Interactive tools and gamification initiatives

Given the regulatory rigor and scientific accuracy required in life sciences, the ideal candidate must balance process discipline and risk control with agility and innovation . This individual will manage internal teams and external stakeholders while continuously improving processes and integrating new technologies—including AI‑enabled tools—to enhance efficiency and project performance. PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Management

Lead projects across digital, print, and technical development workstreams from initiation to closure.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

Establish clear deliverables aligned with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Monitor project progress through structured planning frameworks and milestone tracking.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate internal teams including service consultancy, strategic planning, content, creative, and technical, and QA Teams.

Manage external stakeholders including clients, vendors, freelancers, and compliance reviewers.

Facilitate structured approval workflows, especially in regulated environments.

Process Governance & Compliance

Implement structured approval processes ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Maintain comprehensive documentation, version control, and audit trails.

Identify risks early and apply proactive mitigation strategies.

Ensure alignment with industry standards for medical and scientific communication.

Apply appropriate project methodologies based on project type and lifecycle:

Predictive (Waterfall) for highly regulated deliverables

Agile / iterative approaches for digital and technology builds

Hybrid frameworks when required

Utilize structured approaches such as:

Risk registers

Stakeholder mapping

Change management controls

RACI frameworks

Sprint planning and retrospectives (where applicable)

Actively explore and implement new tools, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Optimize internal workflows to reduce bottlenecks and improve turnaround times.

Analyze project performance metrics and recommend process improvements.

Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and structured innovation.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned projects.

Translate complex scientific and technical requirements into actionable project plans.

Manage expectations through transparent reporting and proactive communication.

Lead status meetings, risk reviews, and post-project evaluations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, Communications, or related field.

5+ years of project management experience in marketing, digital agency, healthcare, or life science environments.

Proven experience managing both creative marketing projects and technical development initiatives.

Strong understanding of regulated industries and structured approval processes.

Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare clients.

Familiarity with medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) review processes.

PMP or other formal project management certification (preferred but not required).

Experience implementing AI tools to enhance marketing, automation, or workflow processes.
