Job Summary
Havel is seeking a Project Manager to lead the installation and commissioning of Temperature Controls systems across data center projects. You’ll oversee all phases of BAS/BMS project execution—from engineering and programming to installation and closeout—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute control system implementation plans tailored to client needs.
Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, programmers, and installers.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Manage project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and field surveys.
Support technical troubleshooting and commissioning efforts.
Ensure compliance with budget and schedule targets.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience managing electrical, HVAC, BAS, BMS or control system installations preferred.
Strong understanding of HVAC and hydronic systems.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
