- This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality, compassionate care as a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) for weekday rounding at a skilled nursing facility
- Enjoy a flexible daily schedule of primary care rounding for adults in a skilled nursing facility
- Target rounding is 5 days per week (Monday through Friday)
- This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $130,760 to $154,911 annually with no cap on productivity income potential
- Candidates must have a current New York NP or PA license and DEA. Preferred candidates have post-acute care experience, but it is not required
