New York City, NY (Hybrid – 3 Days a week Onsite)

Seeking an experienced

IT Project Manager

with strong

Insurance / Brokerage domain experience

to lead technology initiatives supporting business operations. This role will manage end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder communication, Agile execution, and alignment between business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IT projects covering scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Dev, QA, Business, Data, and Vendors

Manage Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, reviews

Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Translate business needs into technical deliverables

Provide regular project status updates to leadership

Support testing, UAT, and production readiness

Required Skills

8+ years of IT Project Management experience

Strong Insurance / Brokerage industry experience

Knowledge of policy administration, underwriting, claims, quoting, renewals

Experience leading Agile / SDLC projects

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to work onsite in Midtown NYC 3 days/week

Preferred

Experience with insurance platforms / CRM / policy systems

Prior Product Owner / Business Analyst experience
