All candidates must complete an on-line application to be considered.**JOB SUMMARY**The Onboard Revenue Senior Analyst will report in the Operations Finance team to support Revenue Management, Destinations & Onboard Revenue Dept and help drive net onboard revenue by delivering critical analysis for decision making. This includes modeling short- and long-term financial results, financial results analysis and presentation in support of a $8 Billion portfolio of business across NCL Brand.**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES*** Serve as a liaison between Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to identify trends, prioritize initiatives, and deliver data-driven recommendations.* Analyze pricing strategies and recommend adjustments across onboard revenue streams including shore excursions, land programs, retail, spa, communications, art, photo, bingo, and food and beverage.* Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario planning, and performance evaluation of revenue initiatives.* Conduct variance analysis of actual results versus budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and recommending actions.* Support shore excursion pricing strategy by evaluating demand, capacity, competitive benchmarks, and promotional impacts.* Assist in capital planning through financial analysis and modeling of investment opportunities.* Drive process improvements and standardization to enhance efficiency, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.* Prepare and present recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders at various levels.* Participate in the development, testing, and evaluation of new revenue initiatives and operational enhancements.* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.**QUALIFICATIONS****DEGREE TYPE:**Bachelor's Degree**FIELD(S) OF STUDY:**Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Management Science, or related quantitative field**EXPERIENCE**3–5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or data analytics/reporting.
Experience in the cruise, travel, or hospitality industry preferred.**COMPETENCIES & SKILLS*** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.* Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.* Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.* Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development.* Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Experience with large datasets and business intelligence tools preferred.**EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER**
