About The Role
The Business Development Manager (BDM)

plays a critical role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential customers to help the company achieve its revenue goals. This role focuses on generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, market research, and relationship-building. The BDR partners closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads and to help drive long-term business growth.

What You\'ll Do

Conduct targeted outbound outreach through calls, emails, social platforms, and other channels to identify and qualify new business opportunities

Research target markets, industry trends, and key decision makers to support strategic outreach and pipeline development

Maintain accurate lead information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, track engagement history, and update pipeline status to support forecasting and reporting

Partner with sales team members to pass qualified leads, share customer insights, refine outreach strategies, and optimize conversion rates

Build rapport with potential clients, understand their challenges, and convey the company’s value proposition effectively

Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a related customer-facing role

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management platforms

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value clearly

Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and achieving activity or conversion targets

Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience preferred
