A Day In The Life
In the position of Product Availability Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivery of business analytics to assist with improving operational efficiency, performance, and strategic planning. Support customer needs within operations by collaborating with cross‑functional team members, analyzing data, creating presentations, building dashboards, and more.
The Impact You'll Make
Create and maintain business tools, dashboards, and other data visualizations to automate, visualize, and analyze information. Review and ensure data accuracy and alignment with management’s expectations.
Develop and maintain Customer Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support training documentation.
Collect, measure, and monitor monthly, weekly, and annual metrics, identifying opportunities to improve and automate the data collection process.
Update presentations to reflect the latest data, creating graphics and visuals that communicate key project indicators (KPIs).
Upload all monthly customer forecasts to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and provide updates to internal teams on related metrics, deadlines, forecast submissions, and errors.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Who You Are
Prefer a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
Between 1‑3 years of experience in analytics, data analysis tools, and methodologies.
Between 1‑3 years of experience in developing and maintaining dashboards.
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, internal dashboards, Power BI, and SQL.
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $31 – $41 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
