Project Control Analyst II - Budget & Forecasting

Systems Planning & Analysis is seeking a Project Control Analyst (PCA) to support the SETA IFMC contract in Huntsville, Alabama. The PCA will develop and update program budgets, forecast personnel and funding needs, and manage subcontractor relationships. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting and have 2-4 years of related experience. Proficiency in Excel and Cost Point is preferred. The role requires working in the Huntsville office three days a week.
