We are looking for a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to join our Business Development team in our regional office in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, develop, and produce qualification packages, proposals, and interview materials.
Write, edit, and organize pursuit content with a focus on clarity, brand consistency, and storytelling.
Create visually compelling layouts and graphics for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Manage pursuit schedules, deadlines, and deliverables with attention to detail.
Maintain and update marketing and proposal databases (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Egnyte, and other tools).
Qualifications – Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, graphic design, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or business development role, preferably in the AEC industry.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign).
Strong graphic design skills with experience in creating visually appealing layouts and graphics.
Preferred
Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
Understanding of Dynamics 365/CRM and marketing database tools.
