About the Position

A General Dentist is needed at our community health center located in New Castle, Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven organization that has been serving diverse patient populations across Pennsylvania for decades, offering comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to underserved communities.

This full-time role involves providing comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive and restorative dentistry in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. You ll work alongside three experienced dentists and two registered dental hygienists, supported by an efficient clinical and administrative staff.

Clinic Hours:

• Monday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:30 AM 7:00 PM

• Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM 12:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $150,000, with additional compensation based on years of experience and performance.
