Work Dates Needed: Jul - ongoing Preferred Schedule: 24hr call (7a-7a) Clinic Mon-Fri 8a-4p No weekends Worksite Setting: Clinic w/call Scope of Work: Inpatient call and outpatient electrophysiology services Consults on patients admitted under hospitalist and ICU Diagnostic and interventional EP procedures: insertion, revision, replacement and removal of cardiac pacemakers or cardioverter/defibrillators, cardia ablation, watchman device implantation and removal Avg Call back: 1-2 per 24hrs Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license required, IMLC not accepted, BC, DEA, ACLS, CSR EMR: Epic Pay Rate Preferred: $3000/24hrs + call
