Opportunity Overview
Position Location: Culver City, CA office.

We follow an office policy with an expectation of five days per week working onsite. Being together in person helps us collaborate, stay connected, and build a strong team culture. What You Will Achieve

Execute merchandise allocation for offline stores based on need and capacity

Collaborate with various cross‑functional partners to conduct daily responsibilities and needs. (Distribution Center, Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, ETC)

Monitor weekly sales and store performance to make recommendations or adjustments based on business need and consumer demand

Partner with buying and merchandising team on assortment plan by store, to propose in‑season and pre‑season assortment recommendations to maximize sales and inventory

Weekly reporting and analysis to monitor the business and communicate weekly product performance and shifts in the business and react accordingly

Weekly replenishment based on business needs, trends, and season

Stock management to ensure product that is performing is being replenished to stores

Communicate and manage liabilities and aging inventory

What You Will Need

3‑5 years of allocation relevant experience, DTC experience is a must

Proficient in data tools (e.g., Excel, Power Pivot, other ERP systems)

Report building experience

Data driven to make analytical decisions for the business

Strong ownership and sense of responsibility, curious and passionate, self‑motivated

Good communication skills and cross‑functional partnership

Physical Requirements

Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or at a desk) for extended periods while operating a computer or other office equipment

Must be able to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds
