Facility in Bismarck, ND seeking Urology locums coverageCompensation:Orientation $150/hr (typically 3-8 hour long)On Call (Daily) $2300 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratisCall Back $325/hr Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completedHoliday - 1.5x regular ratesAverage callback hours: 1-5 hoursSchedule/Availability Requirements:1 weekend per month. It would be Friday morning to Monday morning, 24 hour call. Ongoing coverage neededFacility Location:Bismarck, NDSetting: Weekend CallDuties: Weekend Call dutiesRequired Procedures: cystoscopy, cystoscopy and dilation EMR: EPICSupport Staff: 3 RN's, 1 CNAReason for Coverage: Assist permanent provider with call and clinicDealbreakers: None Credentialing Information:Timeframe: 90 daysRequirements: completed credentialing application, ND license, DEA license, supplemental documentation, case logsAdditional Details/ Questions Answered by Facility:1-3 patients dailyNumber of surgeries? 3-4 scheduled and emergent cases Procedures-may need to do cystoscopyRobotics? noProviders will do rounding during the week on their post op patients and IP consults if on day callThe clinic is located in the hospital15-20 patients scheduled per day in the clinic with 2-3 in clinic procedures per day.On surgery days, there will typically be 4 surgeries scheduled.
