Looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support scheduling and coordination of service activities. This role involves managing schedules, maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with timelines, and collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule service activities, including disconnect/reconnect work

Manage scheduling systems and maintain accurate documentation

Communicate effectively with customers and cross‑functional stakeholders

Track timelines and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures

Prioritize and manage workload/backlog efficiently

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in scheduling, coordination, operations support, or administrative roles

Strong ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Excellent organizational and record‑keeping skills

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to follow structured processes and ensure accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

Associate degree or coursework in Business, Operations, or related field

Experience in utilities, operations, or service coordination environments (nice to have)
