Your New Role

Manage ground-up multifamily construction projects focused on HVAC and plumbing systems in Manassas, VA and surrounding metro areas

Oversee large-scale podium and mixed-use developments ranging from 350 to 450 units

Use Procore to manage scheduling, budgets, documentation, and project communication

Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project execution

Monitor timelines, costs, and resources to maintain profitability and efficiency

Lead project meetings and provide updates to leadership and ownership

Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications

Identify risks early and resolve issues to prevent delays and cost overruns

Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment

Operate as a highly organized, self-directed leader who communicates clearly and consistently

Hiring Expectations

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management

Experience in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing trades

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Strong communicator who can coordinate across teams and stakeholders

Self-starter who works independently and drives results

Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States
