Senior Project Manager leads pre‑ and post‑merger integration initiatives, ensuring acquired businesses are integrated efficiently and aligned with strategic, operational, and technology objectives. As a core member of the Integration Management Office, the role supports governance, coordination, and execution across multiple workstreams and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end post‑merger integration projects, from pre‑close planning to post‑close execution and stabilization
Serve as dedicated project manager in IMO, supporting governance, execution, and standardization of integration approaches
Partner with IMO leadership and internal functional teams to align integration efforts with deal objectives, synergy targets, and integration playbooks
Develop, manage, and coordinate integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations across functional workstreams
Apply Enterprise PMO & IMO methodologies, tools, and controls to integration initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
