As a Call Center Pharmacist, you will provide clinical expertise and medication guidance to patients while supporting our pharmacy operations across our network.
In this role, you will help ensure patients receive accurate information, safe medication guidance, and timely support. This position offers the opportunity to combine clinical knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving to improve patient outcomes and support our pharmacy teams.
What You’ll Do:
Provide medication counseling and clinical support to patients via phone and other communication channels
Answer prescription related questions, medication therapy inquiries, and pharmacy service questions
Support pharmacy teams by verifying prescriptions for accuracy (data verification) and completing drug utilization review (DUR) of prescriptions
Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, company policies, and patient safety standards
