Implementation Project Manager

YER USA, Atlanta, GA, United States

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a global enterprise software provider to hire an Implementation Project Manager to support customer implementations across its supply chain planning portfolio. The organization delivers advanced planning and decision‑support solutions to customers across manufacturing, food & beverage, logistics, and related industries, with an increasing focus on cloud and SaaS offerings.
This is a customer‑facing delivery role for an experienced Project Manager who enjoys coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing complex implementations, and guiding customers through operational change.
What You’ll Do

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of software implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live
Own project planning, timelines, scope, budget, risks, and escalations
Manage multiple customer projects in parallel (typically 1–3 at a time)
Act as the central organizer and facilitator for cross‑functional delivery teams, including consultants, solution owners, and developers
Serve as a primary delivery contact for customers, maintaining strong relationships at operational and leadership levels
Support change management and adoption as customers implement new planning processes and systems
Coordinate closely with product and development teams, including international engineering resources, particularly for evolving cloud solutions
Lead project status reviews and steering meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Proactively identify delivery risks and communicate clearly to ensure alignment and momentum
Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Requests (CRs) in line with agreed scope and commercial terms
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For

Required Experience
4–7+ years of experience managing customer‑facing software implementations
Strong foundation in project management fundamentals: planning, timelines, budgets, scope, risk, and escalation
Experience delivering enterprise software solutions, ideally cloud or SaaS‑based
Comfort working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate ambiguity
Experience leading cross‑functional teams without direct authority
Preferred Background

Exposure to supply chain planning, logistics, analytics, or enterprise operations software
Experience coordinating with active development teams where solutions continue to evolve
Familiarity with modern project management tools and Microsoft‑based delivery environments
How You Work

Team‑oriented facilitator who enables others to perform at their best
Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
Comfortable operating independently with coaching and support
Focused on delivery leadership rather than hands‑on solution ownership
Location, Work Style & Travel

Based in Atlanta, GA close to Perimeter Mall
Hybrid work environment with consistent and frequent office presence preferred
Approximately 50% in‑office presence is expected to support collaboration and team alignment
Travel is project‑based and primarily within the US, generally up to ~20% depending on project needs
Education & Credentials

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field
Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, PRINCE2, ITIL) are a plus but not required
Why This Role

Lead meaningful enterprise software implementations that impact real‑world supply chains
Join a growing North American delivery organization within a globally established company
Competitive compensation, annual bonus, and strong benefits
Long‑term growth opportunity, including potential progression into senior or lead project management roles
