
Coordinator 3, Supply Chain

Overview
Supports site leadership by partnering with finance, procurement, and other teams to perform detailed analysis of site level spending on supplies and labor. Collects, monitors, and creates financial models for decision support. Contributes to cost reduction by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management. May assist with annual and quarterly forecasting.
Responsibilities
Create CAPEX and OPEX requisitions needed by site and monitor through approvals
Follow up on vendor delays in payments
Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
Work with site leadership to determine discretionary purchases
Determines cost of operations by working to establish standard costs and collecting operational data
Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions
Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
Position may be required to support operational activities in the DC or financial coordinator activities at other DCs than their home site
Experience
Minimum of two years gathering and analyzing data
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills:
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent data gathering, formatting and analytical skills
Knowledge of continuous process improvement principles and tools
Strong customer service skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to learn and adapt to change
Ability to review, analyze, and understand issues regarding PO/Invoices
Good verbal & written communications skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
Education
High school diploma or GED
Associates degree is desirable
