
Sr Product Manager

Job Summary
The P2P (Peer‑to‑Peer) product team enables hundreds of millions of users worldwide to send and receive money with friends, family, and even small businesses. As we launch new products and experiences, we want you to be a strategic driver of making the movement and management of money as simple, secure, and affordable for all our users. In this role you will work with engineering, design, and other product managers and stakeholders to build and execute a product roadmap around our global P2P opportunities.
Responsibilities
Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input into product requirements.
Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies to support data‑driven decision making.
Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
Leads sprint planning, daily stand‑ups and retrospectives to drive execution; interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed.
Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.
Defines product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for P2P payments; leverages data‑driven insights and AI/ML to enhance user experiences.
Advocates for the customer by spending time with customer research teams and support to synthesize feedback and market trends.
Champions A/B testing and experimentation to iterate on product flows, measure impact, and optimize conversion rates, engagement and retention.
Collaborates cross‑functionally with design, engineering, data science, research and compliance teams to build and optimize intuitive experiences across P2P web and mobile platforms.
Balances technical feasibility, AI‑driven optimizations and design choices to ensure fast time‑to‑market.
Communicates impact effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of Product Management experience in technology companies.
Experience designing, building and optimizing consumer web and mobile flows.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in funnel tracking and A/B experimentation.
Experience building and managing a product roadmap, quantifying trade‑offs.
Track record of driving cross‑functional collaboration across design, engineering, data science and compliance.
Ability to lead in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and align multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in fintech, digital payments or financial services.
Salary and Compensation
Base pay will depend on location and experience. Pay Range for San Jose, California: $143,500 – $212,850 annually. No other locations are assigned to this requisition.
Additional compensation may include an annual performance bonus, equity or other incentive compensation.
