Role Overview
As a Merchandising Project Coordinator, you will support Merchandising’s key cross‑functional projects and initiatives, ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and the execution of product strategy.
Responsibilities
Data Management (30%)
Visual Controls (20%)
Product Development Area 5S (20%)
Matrices Management (15%)
Assemble buy folders to ensure proper SKU set‑up and implementation through the merchandising department (15%)
Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to execute requests based on business needs
Adhere to all assigned Standard Work and Role and Responsibilities for the role
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
Effective communication – Verbal & Written
Identifying and solving problems
Project/goal management
Analytical ability
Attention to detail
Relationship management
Strategic thinking
Continuous Improvement
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Valid Florida Driver’s License
Monday through Friday schedule with 5% travel
Prolonged sitting, standing, walking required
Location & Reporting
Hybrid – Tamarac Corporate Office
Reports To: Director of Merchandising
