Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Secret Cleared Sr. Network Unified Communications Design Engineer out of Camp Lejeune, NC.
The Secret Cleared Sr. Network Unified Communications Design Engineer is responsible for designing, securing and supporting DoD network and VoIP/VoSIP systems.
Responsibilities of the Secret Cleared Sr. Network Unified Communications Design Engineer includes:
Design, configure, and troubleshoot complex LAN/BAN/WAN and unified communications infrastructures, including VoIP, VoSIP, Layer 3 switching, TACLANE, and auxiliary voice VLAN architectures.
Develop integrated identity, access management, PKI, and authentication solutions while engineering multivendor network environments (Cisco, Juniper, Brocade).
Manage communication hardware/software, IP addressing, DNS/DHCP services, videoconferencing systems, and network device configurations across DoD and federal environments.
Support network transitions, cutovers, and system upgrades while producing documentation, performing rights management, and assisting government leadership with daily engineering operations.
Qualifications for the Secret Cleared Sr. Network Unified Communications Design Engineer includes:
10+ years of IT/working experience
TACLANE and VOIP experience are required
An active Secret Clearance is required
Must possess one of the following certifications: Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP), Fortinet Certified Network Security Professional (FCNSP), Juniper Networks Certified Specialist Security (JNCIP-SEC), Certified Modeling & Simulation Professional (CMSP), or equivalent Certification, or demonstrate sufficient experience in lieu of certification.
CISSP certification is a hard requirement
Compensation for the Secret Cleared Sr. Network Unified Communications Design Engineer includes:
Hourly Pay: $59 - $62 depending on experience
