The High‑Risk Obstetrics Unit at Atrium Health Cabarrus is dedicated to providing exceptional, specialized care for mothers experiencing complex pregnancies and postpartum conditions. Our 6‑bed unit is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by highly skilled nurses and providers.
2 years of Labor and Delivery Experience
Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Provide comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
