Executive Assistant II

The Executive Assistant II role within the Administrative Support job family. This full-time, non-technical position provides high-level administrative support to high-level executives and leadership teams across various business units.
Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support as an extension of executives.
Manage complex executive-level calendars and scheduling.
Handle domestic and international travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and manage logistics.
Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maximize productivity.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with end-to-end project management and administrative details.
Essential Skills

2-3 years of experience in high-level leadership support or 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in calendar management and heavy travel management.
Expertise in team coordination and serving as an information hub.
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Event coordination experience.
Note-taking skills.
Experience with process improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Experience in fast-paced, high-tech companies.
Ability to handle administrative details independently.
End-to-end project management experience.
Work Environment

This position is based onsite in Arlington, VA, with standard working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. The role involves independent work with collaborative sharing. Some travel may be involved, possibly once. There is a chance for extension or conversion, though it is not guaranteed.
This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $31.00/hr.
