Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
Assist servers in maintaining smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
Ensure that all food items are presented and served according to company standards
Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry food trays
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
