Position Overview
The Gallatin County Fairgrounds is hiring Temporary Event Support for the 2026 Big Sky Country State Fair. Dates Required: July 6 20, 2026. Join the amazing team of folks putting on the Big Sky Country State Fair. This big event needs some helping hands getting it ready and keeping it nice for all our guests. No particular skills necessary, just a passion for helping put on one of our community's best events of the year. Duties Include:
Event Prep, setting up tables, chairs, display equipment, stock panels, etc.
Custodial, cleaning buildings, emptying garbage cans, servicing restroom, etc.
Offering a smiling face to our guests
Problem solving for whatever comes your way
Qualifications
Valid driver's license preferred
Able to work with public
Able to lift 50lbs.
Work outside majority of the time in all weather conditions
Must be able to work varying shifts and weekends as needed

Hours:
Shifts are 6:00am 2:30; 8:30am 5:00pm; 10:00am 6:30pm; 5:00pm 1:30am during the Fair July 15 19, 2026
