Audubon is currently seeking a

Project Field Coordinator

to join our project team working onsite at a client's plant in

Houston, TX . The

Project Field Coordinator

will monitor field service activities for the site and provide general support and perform on‑site services.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing daily project activities.

Providing early input into engineering/design and procurement.

Ensuring that the facility/asset is constructed safely and in accordance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations, and meets the project objectives.

Actively participating in the Front End Loading phases, identifying opportunities to improve project cost and schedule during field execution while balancing long‑term reliability, maintainability and life‑cycle costs.

Leading, coordinating, and managing worksite resources necessary to execute the project’s scope of work in the field, per the engineering package(s) issued‑for‑construction (IFC).

Validating piping against PIDs, equipment/instrumentation, PSVs, filters/strainers.

Commissioning, start‑up, tuning period – TBD as the role develops.

Compressor additions support

Construction

Collaborate with Ops/Construction on purge plans.

Verify LOTOs.

Oversee all phases of work per CDP and provide updates to the project team.

Start‑up

Provide field support when restarting the unit to ensure there are no issues with the new installation.

Document and report progress/completion to the project team.

Reboiler pump upsizing/stabilizer cleaning

Equipment verification

Validate pumps received against datasheets.

Construction

As‑built the demo plan.

Capture PID and electric drawing redlines as needed.

Start‑up

Provide field support when restarting the unit to ensure there are no issues with the new installation.

Document and report progress/completion to the project team.

RVP analyzer

Gain proficiency with navigating the panel view and interface with Infrastructure Engineering for RVP troubleshooting.

Oversee troubleshooting efforts until RVP analyzers function as designed.

Once functional, infrequent site visits to report on RVP analyzer status.

Operations collaboration

Facilitate permitting in advance of work start.

Coordinate site orientations.

LOTO support

Compressor start‑up strainers.

Pump strainers.

Certify knowledge with Ops for routine items.

Work with field Ops on troubleshooting any process upsets.

Provide written feedback and recommendations to Infrastructure that may impact future designs.

Source materials or parts.

Miscellaneous (Pre‑commissioning)

Redline Bluebeam set with any comments.

Facilitate updates with the project team and EC.

Verify against specs datasheets.

Generate/manage tracking spreadsheet.

Develop/manage associated punch list.

Ensure material compatibility per design specs.

Verify specs against datasheets.

Verify hydraulic assumptions are correct in calculations.

Document & record that correct elements are installed in all filter housings and basket strainers.

Develop commissioning spare list and facilitate ordering of spare elements with the project team.

Process sampling support as needed (e.g., oil samples for composition analysis, solids samples for composition analysis).

Serve as the primary contact for the project’s field activities.

Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of refinery operation and maintenance functions.

Well‑developed and proven leadership skills.

Previous relevant experience.
