Timberland: Associate Manager, Digital Operations
The Associate Manager, Digital Operations serves as the bridge between multiple eCommerce business teams on all aspects of eCommerce enhancements. The role proactively manages Digital Operations through requirement gathering, task tracking, and documentation from go‑live plans to acceptance of requirements. Communication and ownership are key while embodying the brand culture and values. This role provides efficiencies across both the US and Canada websites to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience for Timberland Americas. The position is hybrid, working three days per week in the Timberland HQ (Stratham, NH).

Responsibilities

Manage activities throughout the design, development, and QA process to meet brand standards and drive seamless consumer interaction.

Apply agile methodologies for communication and project execution.

Partner with business teams, vendors, centralized technology teams, Customer Care, and production support to deliver consumer‑centric experiences.

Demonstrate strong organization and time‑management skills.

Collaborate with centralized product owners to align delivery timelines, plan user acceptance testing, and build operational go‑live plans.

Continuously analyze current processes to increase productivity and quality.

Coordinate communications between stakeholders to ensure end‑to‑end continuity.

Work with internal and external QA teams to plan and activate test cases within JIRA Test Case Management following agile practices during UAT and BAV.

Develop success metrics with the Operations team and monitor post‑launch results through analysis and reporting.

Drive product improvements and inform the roadmap with user research and enhancement ideas.

Coordinate and manage stakeholder meetings and lead group discussions with clear documentation.

Socialize, demonstrate, and train teams on new business enhancements.

Build lasting relationships with internal and external partners, creating ongoing value for both parties.

Assist with budget management, including requisitions, POs, and invoice processing for multiple vendors.

Partner with Wholesale and Sales Ops to maintain store locator database hygiene.

Qualifications

3‑5 years of experience in project management and/or eCommerce operations.

Knowledge of eCommerce platforms, APIs, release planning, development practices, and agile methodology.

Leadership, strategic thinking, and practical organizational planning skills.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage large cross‑functional groups.

Self‑starter, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

Detail‑oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheets.

Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Core Media, and Business Spend Management tools (e.g., Coupa) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with end users and technical resources at all levels.

Compensation
Hiring Range: $65,600.00 – $82,000.00 USD annually.

Incentive Potential: Eligible for additional compensation awards including an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential; details to be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
