Job Summary
We are looking for a QA Lead with AI experience to lead quality assurance efforts for applications integrating Artificial Intelligence features. The ideal candidate must have practical experience testing AI-powered functionalities such as chatbots, copilots, or intelligent automation systems.
Must Have
Proven experience in testing AI-based applications
Hands‑on exposure to AI/GenAI features (chatbots, LLMs, AI APIs)
Profiles without AI experience should not be considered
Key Responsibilities
Lead QA team and manage end‑to‑end testing activities
Define QA strategy, test plans, and execution roadmap
Validate AI-powered features including:
Chatbots, virtual assistants, AI copilots
Perform functional, regression, API, and integration testing
Collaborate with Product, Development, and AI teams
Drive automation framework development and execution
Ensure quality in CI/CD pipelines
Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and reporting
